A very popular pendant, especially amongst Catholics. 9K yellow gold medallion featuring a full-length representation of Our Lady on the front, bordered by a Latin intercession which translates as " O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee". The reverse of the medal features a design in relief, comprising of the letter "M", surmounted by a cross, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, crowned with thorns, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, pierced with a sword.
